Join Us

Help Us to Double RaPAL’s Membership! We are always keen to attract new individual and institutional members. Please join us and consider passing this to friends, colleagues and libraries/ resource centres and encouraging them to join RaPAL now!

Many of our members engage in high profile research and policy work, and publish in equivalent publications as well as the RaPAL journal. In 2003, the National Research and Development Centre for Adult Literacy and Numeracy (NRDC) published a report on the wealth and diversity of informal and low profile research and practice that RaPAL members engage in and contribute to the adult learning sector in the UK. This is a feature of our members we value highly and seek to encourage and promote through our journals, conferences and other work.

Professor Emerita Mary Hamilton, Lancaster University, is a founder and honorary lifetime member of RaPAL. Thank you, Mary.
